Shipping

Plots ship flat in a rigid mailer from Bengaluru. Each piece is made to order, so allow 5–7 days for plotting before dispatch. India delivery is 3–6 business days after that. We email a status link when your order is placed.

Framing

Editions ship unframed on 300gsm archival stock, cut to standard A-sizes so off-the-shelf frames fit. Frame behind glass, away from direct sun, to keep the ink true.

Returns

Every plot is drawn by hand by the machine, so minor pen wobble and ink pooling are part of the piece, not defects. If your order arrives damaged in transit, email us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll re-plot and reship.
